Great Experience!! I
recently moved to the Pittsburgh area last year and had to have service
on my 2004 Porsche 911 C4S. I had just moved from Florida due to my job
relocating. In Florida I had purchased and serviced all my cars at the
same dealership where I bought them. I was looking for a dealership in Pittsburgh that provided outstanding customer service and would be willing to go out of their way to assist me. A friend of mine referred me to the Auto Palace. When I arrived for appointment I was greeted immediately and taken directly to Debbie, the Service Manager. Debbie was so nice and already had a service loaner (Porsche Cayenne) waiting for me. They inspected my car, changed my oil and tires, and even had it cleaned for me. The next day when I went to go pick it up, I did not have to wait for vehicle as it was sitting outside waiting for me. I was expecting something to go wrong, being a new customer, but nothing did. I would give the Auto Palace's service department five stars. Then approximately two months ago I decided to return to the Auto Palace because I wanted to see if I could get out of my 2004 and catch the 1.9% deal that Porsche was offering on its 2009 models. The
salesperson that I talked to was Que and he understood my situation and
did not pressure me one bit. If you ever get a chance to stop by and
see their showroom I would highly recommend it as they have a great
selection to choose from. Although Que was new at the time and may have
not known some of the questions I had asked for, he did his homework
and found the answer I was looking for. He did not make something up
and wing it, which is another thing I like and he earned a lot of
respect from me for doing that. Once we got back from test driving the
2009 Porsche 911 C4S, Que wrote down my personal and trade information
so he could give me exact monthly payments. I am not so fond of this
part but again they were able to surprise me. I don't know how but they
found a way to get me a lower payment than I was asking for. I even got to meet Aaron the general manager who contracted the finance papers. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all, this was a unique experience. Aaron gave me his card and told me if I ever needed assistance, and Que or Debbie wasn't available, to let him know. I recommended Auto Palace to all my friends and family. I tell everyone looking for a car about my experience because this dealership really cares about its customers. They make sure, whether you are buying a car or getting service, that you have a great experience. If I had to move back to Florida today, I would miss Pittsburgh, but I would still want to do business with Auto Palace. A. Woods 11-15-09
